One Key for the Right People
A master key system lets each person carry only the keys they need. A tenant opens their own suite, a manager opens their department, and facilities staff carry a master. Flokey Lock & Security designs and maintains master key systems for offices, apartment communities, schools, churches, HOAs and government buildings across Tampa Bay.
Planning Your Key Hierarchy
We start by mapping your doors and the people who use them. Then we build a keying plan with grand master, master and change keys, plus any keyed-alike groups such as mechanical rooms. Good planning leaves room for the system to grow.
Restricted Keyways and Key Control
Standard keys can be copied at almost any hardware store. Restricted and patented keyways limit duplication to authorized sources, so you actually know how many keys exist. We stamp and track keys and give you documentation for your records. Copies of restricted-keyway keys, or keys stamped “Do Not Duplicate,” require ID or authorization.
Extending or Repairing an Existing System
Many buildings have a master system nobody has kept up, so keys work in the wrong doors or records are missing. We can audit, rekey and document an existing system or migrate you to a new one.
Pairing Keys With Access Control
For high-traffic or high-risk doors, card access can work alongside your master key system, so lost credentials can be shut off instantly while mechanical keys cover the rest.
Why Tampa Bay Chooses Flokey Lock & Security
Flokey Lock & Security LLC is an SBA-certified veteran-owned small business, a locksmith and access control company based in Dunedin and serving the Tampa Bay area. We bring the habits we learned in service to every job: show up when we say, explain the work in plain language, and leave the door working right.
When you call, we ask a few quick questions about the door, lock or system so the technician arrives with the right parts. Before any work starts, we explain what we found and what we recommend, so you can make the decision with all the facts in front of you.

Can you work with my existing locks?
Often, yes, if the cylinders are compatible. We will evaluate them on site.
